Shipping Policy:

All standard shipping orders at The Cashmere Closet are shipped FREE via UPS Ground to
our customers in the continental United States. International shipments are subject to
standard shipping charges via USPS Priority Mail. If you need faster delivery air
shipping is also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Items featured on the site are in stock and available for delivery immediately unless
otherwise stated under the item description. All orders ship within 12 to 36 hours.

We ship by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders ship from our Northeast
warehouse and transit times vary by state. You may email us for specific transit times
to your state at CustomerService@TheCashmereCloset.com.

Return Policy:

We guarantee your satisfaction with each purchase. If for any reason, an item does not
meet your expectations you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for
another item. We provide free standard shipping on all orders.

We also make the return process simple by including a return address label and do not
require return authorization.

All returned items must be returned to 75 Shawmut Road, Canton, MA 02021 within 30
days of the date of purchase. Returned items must be new and unworn in their original
packaging, with all tags attached. We are unable to pay for return shipping to send
items back.

Please ship back items using a traceable carrier and keep your tracking number for
your records.

How to return merchandise:

1. Please complete the Internet Return Form that was enclosed in the box with your
order.
2. For your convenience we do not require return authorization.
3. Fill out the brief return form, attach the return label (also enclosed with your
order) and send the item back to us.

Sales Tax Policy:

All orders are shipped from our location in Canton, Massachusetts. We abide by
Massachusetts law, which requires a 5% tax on all single items of clothing over
$175.00. All applicable items on our site have this tax included in the final sale
